No. This challenge does not include a specific meal plan. Instead, we guide you into tracking your food choices in a way that leads to weight loss. We recommend tracking with a food app such as WW, My Fitness Pal, or in a paper journal. If you aren't currently tracking, we'll show you how.


WHAT IF I NEED A SPECIAL DIET?

No problem. The Summer Challenge works for special diets including plant-based, low carb, Keto, gluten-free, dairy-free and others. No type of food is required and no food is off limits during this challenge.


WHAT IF I DON'T USE FACEBOOK?

Because the group support and videos are on Facebook, we do not recommend joining unless you have a Facebook account or are willing to create one. Some women choose to create a Facebook account that they use only for these challenges. You do not need to use any other Facebook features in order to participate in The Holy Mess Challenge.
