No problem. The Spring Challenge works for special diets including plant-based, low-carb, Keto, gluten-free, dairy-free, and others. No one type of food is required and no kind of food is off limits during this challenge. While we encourage gentle daily movement, workouts are not required.
Because the group support and videos are on Facebook, we do not recommend joining unless you have a Facebook account or are willing to create one. Some women choose to create a Facebook account that they use only for these challenges. You do not need to use any other Facebook features in order to participate in The Holy Mess Challenge.
