Hi! I'm Becky. I was the kid who wished I could ride around in a wheelchair (to avoid walking) and drink from water fountains that dispensed Kool-Aid (because, plain water? Gross.)

My low self-esteem drove me to secret eating, people-pleasing, and an abusive marriage.  

By the grace of God, I've lost over 100 pounds, have been maintaining it for almost a decade, and now have a loving husband and baby boy.

I tried every diet around, but nothing worked until I started losing weight one small change at a time. Those small changes add up to big results, more confidence, and a whole life transformation that I know you can experience, too.
