Is the Plant-Based Made Easy Bundle really worth the cost?
In a word… yes! We've tested this easy meal plan and carefully designed it to give you delicious plant-based meals that are easy to prepare and good for your body. Imagine feeling lighter, refreshed, and invigorated after just one day.
Will this plan work for me if I'm a picky eater?
We encourage you to follow the meal plan as closely as possible. You might discover a new favorite! However, if there's a food you just can't tolerate, we provide food swaps and options for you to use instead.
Is the food time-consuming to prepare? I'm busy.
Because no food in the plan is packaged or processed, you will need to prepare a couple simple recipes, but it can all be made ahead in just 20 minutes! The cookbook walks you step-by-step through making every recipe. We understand your time is valuable. We recommend you grocery shop on Saturday with our handy list, and meal prep the recipes on Sunday, then use the plan on a Monday, but ultimately the best time to complete the challenge is to choose the days that fit your schedule best. We'll be available in the support group in case you have any questions.
Can I drink coffee on this plan?
Yes. All beverages without calories are allowed, including coffee and tea. We recommend avoiding artificial sweeteners if possible.
Do you include nutritional information?
Yes, the Plant-Based Bundle includes WW points* for as well as nutritional information including calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates for all recipes and for each meal of the plan.
