We recommend you grocery shop on Saturday with our handy list, and meal prep the recipes on Sunday, then use the plan on Monday, October 25. Can I drink coffee on this plan?

Yes. All beverages without calories are allowed, including coffee and tea. We recommend avoiding artificial sweeteners if possible.
